1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Katalyst, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the AI model keys, integration keys, and store data you provide. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes.

3. AI-generated content

Katalyst generates replies and recommendations using third-party AI models. You are responsible for reviewing escalations and setting appropriate autonomy limits, refund ceilings, and escalation rules.

4. Payments

Katalyst plans are billed according to the published pricing page. AI usage is billed directly by your key providers (Gemini/Anthropic). Refunds and refunds are at your discretion within the limits you configure.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data via the dashboard or by contacting support.
