Do you offer done-for-you setup?

Yes. VIP White-Glove Onboarding is a $249 one-time add-on that works with any plan. An onboarding specialist ingests your catalog and policies, provisions your number and verifies call forwarding, runs a live test-call session to tune guardrails with you, and styles the chat widget to your brand. You can book it from Settings → Integrations after you sign up.

Are there any per-message fees?

No. Katalyst uses your own Gemini and Anthropic API keys, so you pay those providers directly at their published rates. We do not add markup on AI usage.

What counts as an AI reply?

Any assistant-generated message in a shopper conversation. System cards, return labels, and refund confirmations do not count toward the limit.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Billing is not yet wired in this release; the pricing page is display-only while we finish the checkout flow.
