1. What we collect

Katalyst stores merchant account information (email, store name, brand settings), AI model keys (encrypted at rest), product catalogs, order records, and shopper conversation transcripts. We do not collect shopper payment details.

2. AI model keys

You bring your own Gemini and Anthropic API keys. Katalyst uses these keys to generate replies and embeddings on your behalf. Your keys are never returned to the browser or shared with other merchants.

3. Conversation data

Conversation transcripts are stored so the dashboard inbox, analytics, and operational alerts can function. Each merchant can only access their own conversations and records.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell merchant or shopper data. We may share data with subprocessors (such as cloud hosting and AI providers) only to operate the service.
